Who we are
CipherGov ("we", "us") operates ciphergov.ai, the website for our cryptographic AI-agent governance platform. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@ciphergov.ai.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to load website analytics that help us understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). These tools may set cookies. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.
- Email. If you write to hello@ciphergov.ai, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to respond and to follow up on your request.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site and protect it from abuse, per standard web-server practice.
Embedded content
- Vimeo. The demo video is embedded in "Do Not Track" mode and loads only after you click play. Until you click, no Vimeo code runs. After you click, Vimeo's own privacy policy applies to playback.
- Google Fonts. Webfonts are served from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the fonts load.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent personal data. Ever.
- We do not run advertising or advertising trackers.
- We do not collect form data — this site currently has no forms.
Retention
Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship. Analytics data is retained per the analytics provider's standard rolling window.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict processing. Email hello@ciphergov.ai and we will act on verified requests within the legally required window. You can also block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted on the newsroom page.
